Q: What’s the difference between a tincture and a tea?
A: Tinctures are concentrated liquid herbal extracts taken by dropper—under the tongue or in water or juice. Teas are steeped and sipped for a more gradual effect. Tinctures are faster-acting and more portable; teas support ritual and hydration.
Q: How do I take your tinctures?
A: Unless otherwise noted, take 1–2 droppers full up to 2–3 times per day. Take directly under the tongue or mix into a drink. Shake well before each use and check the label for details.
Q: Are your capsules vegan?
A: Yes—all capsules are 100% plant-based, made with cellulose and free from gelatin, artificial fillers, and preservatives.
Q: Can I open the capsules and use the herbs inside?
A: Yes. You can open them and brew the herbs as tea or add to smoothies or food. Some blends may have a naturally earthy or bitter taste.
Q: How long do tinctures and capsules last?
A: Tinctures last up to 2 years when stored in a cool, dark place. Capsules are best used within 6–12 months. Keep tightly sealed and away from moisture.

Q: Are your products safe for children or elderly adults?

A: Yes. All products are handcrafted in small batches using premium herbs. Natural variations in texture or color may occur—but the quality remains consistent.
Q: How long do your products last?
A: Most products are best used within 6–12 months. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Q: Do you offer consultations?
A: Yes! You can book Divine Womb Wellness Consultations for womb healing, herbal support, custom blends, or birth planning. All sessions are personalized to your needs.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed in 3–5 business days and shipped within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once shipped.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Not at this time. Online orders are shipped. To shop in person, visit us at local pop-ups—follow us on Instagram or check our Events page for updates.
Q: My order arrived damaged or missing an item. What do I do?
A: Email snheauxlistics@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Missing items will be replaced.
- Damaged items must be disputed with USPS. We’ll assist you with supporting documentation.

Q: I have allergies—how can I be sure a product is safe for me?
A: Only the active ingredients are listed on product pages. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please contact us before ordering. We may be able to create a custom version.

Q: What’s the difference between a tarot and oracle reading?
A: Tarot follows a structured 78-card system, while oracle decks vary and are more intuitive. Both offer spiritual insight—choose what aligns with you.
Q: I’m new to spiritual work—can I still book a reading?
A: Absolutely. Whether you’re new or deeply rooted in your practice, readings are designed to bring clarity, not confusion. Shanice meets you where you are.
READINGS & LIVE SESSIONS
Q: How do live readings work?
A: All live readings must be booked through the website. If you book while I’m live, your reading will be conducted during that live session.
If you book a live reading while I’m not currently live, your reading will be held the next time I go live.
No refunds will be issued for delayed sessions. Please be mindful when booking.
OTHER
Q: Do you offer wholesale or stock your products in stores?
