All products are made to order with care. Orders are shipped Priority Mail via USPS and include insurance through USPS, which covers loss or damage during transit.

If there’s an issue:

• Replacements will be honored only if the error was on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

• If your item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact USPS directly to file a claim using the tracking information provided.
