🔁 Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
At Shanice’s Nurtured Heauxlistics, our products and services are created and delivered with energetic intention, sacred time, and personalized care. Because of the spiritual and handcrafted nature of what we offer, the following policies apply:
🌿 Monthly Subscriptions (Herbal Blends, Yoni Steams, or Energetic Tools)
If you’ve subscribed to receive a monthly shipment of teas, steams, spiritual baths, or other products:

You may cancel or pause your subscription anytime, but changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Once a payment processes, the order is non-refundable, as your item is already in preparation.

All subscription items are made to order and charged with spiritual care, so please honor your cycle or update us in advance.

👶🏾 Doula Packages or Womb Care Payment Plans
For support bundles related to pregnancy, postpartum, birthwork, or womb healing (especially those paid through installments):

All payments are non-refundable once processed.

Missed or declined payments may pause support until balance is corrected.

Rescheduling is available for doula check-ins, coaching, or healing sessions with 24–72 hours’ notice depending on the service.

If a birth is missed due to late communication or failure to inform, a partial credit may be offered at the doula’s discretion, but no refund.
🔮 Spiritual Services (Readings, Consultations, Energy Work)
All readings, spiritual coaching, or intuitive sessions:

Are non-refundable due to the energetic preparation and intuitive labor involved.

Can be rescheduled once with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Missed appointments without notice are forfeited and not eligible for transfer.
🛍️ Pre-Orders & Custom Orders (e.g., resin keepsakes, bundles, large batch herbs)
If you pre-order or request a custom item:

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase only.

After 24 hours, production begins and the item becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable.

If your item is delayed due to ingredient availability or preparation time, you will be contacted and updated with full transparency.
📦 Shipping & Postal Responsibility

All orders are shipped Priority Mail via USPS and include insurance.

If your order is damaged, delayed, or lost in transit, please file a claim directly with USPS using the tracking number provided.

If we make an error (e.g., incorrect product), we will replace the item at no charge.
